Office Cantonal des Systèmes de l’Information et du Numérique (OCSIN)

OCSIN is the main entity that brings Tech and digital solutions to the State of Geneva and its multidisciplinary departments. The department required an updated version of their IT learning Center (internal digital platform) to bring optimal user experience to users of IT products at Geneva’s State.

Internal communications applications have been implemented in terms of communication strategy and branding definition for the IT learning Center: naming/wording proposals, technical writing (IT products/services), and editing/publishing educational IT content. To implement optimal digital actions, user experience applications (information hierarchy, web usability, user surveys, interviews) have been achieved to facilitate the usability of the digital platform.

The results obtained are an overall increase in the digital learning experience for the IT Center at OCSIN. Furthermore, recommendations have been provided to increase the global exposure of the internal learning center.
